Passport holders from the 27 visa waiver countries (Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom) may be eligible to travel to the US visa free under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) if they meet all of the VWP requirements. The VWP requirements include travel for business or pleasure for less than 90 days with a return or onward ticket. In addition, the VWP is not available for those with previous immigration violations or previous arrests or convictions.
